CFH Lunchtime Bazaar @ ESL

On March 12 2025, CFH organized a lunchtime bazaar for ESL students at IBC, conveniently located beside the CFH vending machine. The event coincided with International Women's Day and the start of Spring break.

With the strong support of the ESL team, we saw many students and teachers coming after class to browse and buy from our pop-up stall.

It was also heartening to hear the students practicing their social English skills, using adjectives like 'beautiful,' and 'lovely' to describe the products.

One lady’s remark stood out: upon realizing that the smiling lady in each product's packaging was the sewer herself, she exclaimed, 'This is so meaningful!'

We look forward to more such partnerships and initiatives to help empower women to support one another worldwide.
